Funeral services for Mrs. Vera Luker, 90, of Lineville will be Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Center West Baptist Church beginning at 1:00 PM with Rev. David Holcombe and Bro. Jimmy Bray officiating. Burial will follow at the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Luker passed away in Huntsville Alabama on Tuesday, July 18th 2023. She was born in Wedowee and worked as a seamstress. She was married to Barron for 68 years and was a faithful member of Center West Baptist Church.
She is survived by her grandchildren, DeAnne Shull (Chad) of Huntsville; great-grandchildren, Garret Shull (Kambry) of Huntsville, Blair Shull ( Drew Hill) of Madison, Mary Kate Long (Caleb) of Guntersville, Rachel Shull of Huntsville; 5 great great grandchildren; a brother, Robert “Junior” Brown and a large extended family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Barron Luker, her parents Bob and Annie Brown, her son Steven Morris Luker and 7 siblings.
Visitation will be before the service from 11:00 until 1:00 at Center West.
