Vera Hayden Clouse, 97, of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at Ridgewood Health Care.Family will be receiving friends on Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Services will follow at 1:30 p.m., burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens. Rev. Michael Bonham will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, John S. Hayden Jr. and Gerald C. Clouse; son, John S. Hayden III; grandson, John Brandon Hayden; parents, Ed and Dortha Huskey; and sister, Mary Louise Dupree.
She is survived by her children, Raymond Hayden (Bunny), William ‘Bill’ Hayden (Donna) and Barbara Bonham (Michael); 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Jasper or the charity of your choice.
