Mrs. Vela Willmarth, 90, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018 at home. She was the daughter of the late Emmett and Clester Jarrell, and the widow of Oliver Howard “Son” Willmarth. She was a devoted Christian wife and mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
Visitation was Monday, August 20, 2018 from noon to 2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral services began at 2 p.m. with burial in KP Cemetery, Russellville. Pallbearers were her grandsons and great-grandsons.
She is survived by four daughters, Linda Michael (Jerry), Pat Snider (Robert), Sandra Hammond (Ferreal) and Carrie Moody (Tony); two brothers and one sister, nine grandkids, 23 great-grandkids and three great-great-grandkids. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one brother, three sisters, her granddaughter, Jamie Moody and great-grandson, Danny Fike.
