Ursula Theresa ‘Terri’ Bunnell died Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital. In 1959, Terri was employed by Chrysler Corporation’s Missile Division in Detroit, MI, where she met her future husband, Chuck, and they were married on October 21, 1961. She was a lifelong time member of Trinity United Methodist Church and was an active member of the Cokesbury Sunday School Class. She was a firm believer in family first, her faith, honesty, and helping those in need. She served as her husband’s primary caregiver during his dementia at the end of his life. Her favorite pass times included extensive travel with friends and family, and attending her grandchildren’s baseball, basketball, and soccer games.
Terri was preceded in death by her beloved husband Chuck, her sister, Josephine Nowicki, and her brother, Ronald Carnoskes. Terri is survived by her sister, Rosemary Carnoskes, The Villages, FL; two children, Charles Bunnell, Jr. and wife, Jennifer, Athens, and Roger Bunnell, Huntsville; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews. She was a treasured grandmother to two grandchildren, Dean Bunnell and Mary Arlin Bunnell, Athens.
A private graveside service will be held with the Rev. Kenny Baskins officiating.
