TENNESSEE VALLEY-Please see the information below concerning updated roadway conditions in the following counties.

QUAD CITIES POST:

COLBERT COUNTY – All state and federal roads have been graded and/or salted and seem to be passable with some slick spots. There is a least one lane clear and open on most roadways.

FRANKLIN COUNTY – All state and federal roads have been graded and/or salted and seem to be passable with some slick spots. There is a least one lane clear and open on most roadways.

 

LAUDERDALE COUNTY – All state and federal roads have been graded and/or salted and seem to be passable with some slick spots. There is a least one lane clear and open on most roadways.

LAWRENCE COUNTY – All state and federal roads have been graded and/or salted and seem to be passable with some slick spots. There is a least one lane clear and open on most roadways.

HAMILTON POST:

FAYETTE COUNTY – All state and federal roads have been graded and/or salted and seem to be passable with some slick spots. There is a least one lane clear and open on most roadways.

LAMAR COUNTY – All state and federal roads have been graded and/or salted and seem to be passable with some slick spots. There is a least one lane clear and open on most roadways.

MARION COUNTY – All state and federal roads have been graded and/or salted and seem to be passable with some slick spots. There is a least one lane clear and open on most roadways. I 22 is passable with some slick spots. There are no disabled vehicles blocking the roadway.

WALKER COUNTY – All state and federal roads have been graded and/or salted and seem to be passable with some slick spots. There is a least one lane clear and open on most roadways. I22 is passable with some slick spots. There are no disabled vehicles blocking the roadway. Currently there is an accident being worked at I 22 WB 42 MM. Roadway is not blocked.

WINSTON COUNTY – All state and federal roads have been graded and/or salted and seem to be passable with some slick spots. There is a least one lane clear and open on most roadways.

Decatur Post

Limestone County – Alabama 69 near Cotton Belt Road has iced over.  All county roads remain impassable.

Limestone  County – All state and federal roads have been treated and roadway conditions have improved. All county roads remain impassable.

Morgan County – All state and federal roads have been treated and roadway conditions have improved. All county roads remain impassable.

Cullman County – All state and federal roads have been treated and roadway conditions have improved. All county roads remain impassable.

Blount County – All state and federal roads have been treated and roadway conditions have improved. All county roads remain impassable.

Huntsville Post

Madison County – All state and federal roads have been treated and roadway conditions have improved. All county roads remain impassable.

Jackson County – All state and federal roads have been treated and roadway conditions have improved. All county roads remain impassable.

 

Marshall County – All state and federal roads have been treated and roadway conditions have improved. All county roads remain impassable.

Gadsden Post

Etowah County – All state and federal roads have been treated and roadway conditions have improved. All county roads remain impassable.

 

Dekalb County – All state and federal roads have been treated and roadway conditions have improved. All county roads remain impassable.

Cherokee County – All state and federal roads have been treated and roadway conditions have improved. All county roads remain impassable.

Please use extreme caution when driving in winter weather as well as on icy roadways. ALEA Troopers will continue to monitor roadway conditions and provide updates accordingly.
