Bestselling author Mary Kay Andrews will talk about her new book Beach Town at FLPL. The book follows Greer Hennessy, a struggling film location scout, as she tries to secure the last unspoilt patch of the Florida gulf coast for shooting a big budget movie. She quickly faces opposition from the town’s mayor, an environmentalist who, against his better judgment, find himself attracted to Greer. At this free event, Ms. Andrews will talk about her books and will sign copies of Beach Town, which will be available for purchase at the event.
