Unresponsive Female found in community pool…Statement From Madison County Sheriff Blake Dorning

MADISON-Madison County Sheriff Blake Dorning gives statement on drowning victim from Wednesday, July 29:

“Sheriff Blake Dorning announced today that Deputies with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office responded yesterday evening to an unresponsive female in the community pool of the Kelly Plantation Subdivision in the Harvest Community. The female is identified as Cynthia Kerr, age 34 of New Market. Ms. Kerr was transported to Huntsville Hospital by HEMSI, where she is currently in Serious Condition. Investigators responded to the scene and through the investigation all of the evidence at this time points toward this incident being an accidental injury.”
