Ty Jasper Hamilton

  Ty Jasper Hamilton, age 25, of Decatur, AL, passed away far too soon on Aug 14th 2026, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Born on January 12th 2001 in Decatur, Ty was a bright light known for his big heart, great sense of humor and his infectious laughter. He was a cherished son and beloved brother.

He is deeply missed by his mother, Jennifer Jones (Nick); his little sister, Josie Kapetanis; and many loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Martha Widner.

Visitation will be held at Roselawn Funeral Home on Friday Aug 21st from 1PM to 2PM. Service will follow with Pastor David Carroll officiating. He will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery.
