GUNTERSVILLE-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a two-vehicle accident near Guntersville on Friday, February 23 that has resulted in one fatality:
“A two-vehicle crash at 12:02 p.m. on Friday, February 23, has claimed the life of a Rainsville woman.
Kaci Lasha Hulsey, 20, was killed when the 2003 Honda Accord she was driving collided with a 2016 Ford F-150 driven by Don Curtis Blanchard III, 43, of Guntersville.
Hulsey was pronounced dead at the scene. Two passengers with Hulsey were airlifted, one to UAB, and the other to Huntsville Hospital. Blanchard was transported to Marshal North Medical Center.
The crash occurred on U.S. 431 at the intersection with Alabama Highway 79 just north of Guntersville. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.”
