MORGAN COUNTY-The Morgan County Sheriff’s Department released a statement concerning the arrest of two suspects in a burglary attempt:
“On Thursday, May 11, 2023, responded to a Burglary in Progress call in the area of New Cut Rd and Cherry Tree Rd near Hartselle.
Prior to being on scene, 2 individuals ran from the residence and attempted to hide. One female subject and a vehicle were quickly located.
A male subject was later found on foot in the area.
Investigators arrested:
Anissa Marie Klocek
Beau Thomas Sapp, 42 of Falkville charged with 4 counts of 13A-7-7 – Burglary 3rd (Residence – Force)
Bond: $10,000.00
Anissa Marie Klocek, 44 of Falkville charged with:
3 counts of 13A-7-7 – Burglary 3rd (Residence – Force)
13A-12-212 – Dangerous Drugs-Methamphetamine-Possess
13A-12-214 – Dangerous Drugs-POM 2 Possession of Marijuana
13A-12-260 – Unlawful Possession Drug Paraphernalia
Bond: $9100.00
Subjects were transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail.
