Two Jackson County Women Arrested On Felony Drug Charges

JACKSON COUNTY-The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office released a statement concerning the arrest of two women who have been arrest on several drug related charges:

“On October 28th, 2022, Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Agents and Deputies, along with Officers from the Section Police Department, executed a search warrant on County Road 48 in Section, Alabama.  Present at the residence were Sandra Darlene WALDEN, age 66 of Section, and Alice Rachel COBB, age 42 of Section, who were detained during the search. During the search, one baggie of Methamphetamine was located that weighed approximately 29.5 grams, along with digital scales, baggies, and other items

of Drug Paraphernalia. Additional Methamphetamine was located elsewhere in the residence, along with Methamphetamine Pipes and other Drug Paraphernalia. These items were collected and both WALDEN and COBB were arrested and transported to the Jackson County Jail without incident. WALDEN was charged with Trafficking a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. COBB was charged with a Bond Revocation, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substanc e-Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

Bond was set as follows:

WALDEN-$25,500 bond

COBB- $3,000 bond (No bond on Bond Revocation)”
