ATHENS-Athens Police Chief Floyd Johnson released a statement on the Grand Jury indictment of two suspects on Chemical  Endangerment of a Child:

“Carlos Antawan Royles and Tracy Lynn Bradford were

arrested on Grand Jury indictments for chemical endangerment of a child.

Alabama Department of Human Resources conducted an investigation and drug test of the couple’s baby. The child tested positive for Cocaine and Benzoylecgoine. This case was presented to a grand jury which indicted both Royles and Bradford. They were booked at the police department and transferred to the county jail.”
