LEE COUNTY-The Lee County Sheriff’s Department released a statement regarding a call by the Department Of Human Services in references to a sick infant:
“On June 28, 2016 the Lee County Sheriff Department was contacted by Mississippi Department of Human Services in reference to a sick 5 month old child. DHS had advised the Sheriff Department that after a home visit by the DHS worker it was found that two individuals had a child around illegal drugs and possibly was sick because of the drugs. Test on the child revealed that it had illegal drugs in its system and was sick because of it. The child was immediately transported to the hospital and treated. Two suspects were taken into custody: The child’s biological mother and her live in boyfriend from an apartment in the Auburn area. Both suspects were charged on June 29, 2016 with Felony Child Endangerment.

Rickey Craig 29 yoa Tupelo,Ms.
Brooke Fowler is currently on Parole with MDOC for the sale of Meth x 2 and one count of possession of precursors with intent. She was released early due to her being pregnant.
Rickey Craig is currently on Probation with MDOC for Credit Card Fraud and Burglary.”
