TENNESSEE VALLEY-Ahead of National Public Lands Day on September 26th. It’s the nation’s largest single‑day volunteer effort celebrating our shared public lands. Next week, TVA will host two volunteer events in north Alabama next week that folks can get involved with.

- 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Join us at the Whitey Hall Memorial Garden on the Muscle Shoals Reservation for a trail work and removing invasive weeds from the native plant garden. Please bring sturdy work boots, long pants/sleeves, work gloves, eye protection, and easy-to-carry hydration.

- Join TVA at the Honeycomb Trail on Lake Guntersville for a mountain bike trail workday. We will work on general clearing of sections of the 9-mile trail. Tools and lunch will be provided. Please bring sturdy work boots, long pants/sleeves, work gloves, eye protection, and easy-to-carry hydration.
