Timothy Warhurst
COLBERT COUNTY-On Tuesday, June 21 Colbert County officially charged Tuscumbia resident, Timothy Warhurst in the murder of his girlfriend, Wanda Ivey in her 40’s.
Ivey was murdered on Sunday evening and Warhurst, 55, was taken into custody pending an investigation. He is being held on a one million dollar bond.
According to Colbert County Sheriff Frank Williamson Ivey was shot with a 9mm pistol at the residence of Warhurst on Blue road in Tuscumbia..
Warhurst was found in Jackson County trying to dispose of the body by burying it.
