Tuscumbia Celebrates The 15th Annual “It’s a Dickens Christmas, Y’all”

TUSCUMBIA-The 15th Annual “It’s a Dickens Christmas, Y’all” festival took place in historic downtown Tuscumbia, Alabama, on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m..

The event featured costumed characters like Scrooge and Marley, live music from carolers and brass bands, and even gently “falling snow” in the pocket park.
Popular attractions included free Clydesdale horse-drawn carriage rides and trolley tours through the historic district.

Activities for all ages included visiting with Santa Claus, cookie decorating, ornament making, a petting zoo, and s’mores by the fire pit. Visitors could browse for unique handcrafted gifts at the large market tent, enjoy food from local vendors and food trucks, and take advantage of holiday specials at downtown shops.
