Treva J. Partin, age 60 of Winchester, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on January 24, 1965, to the late Charles P. and Hazel L. (Perry) Reavis. A dedicated homemaker, Treva enjoyed sewing and knitting, as well as listening to music. She cherished the time spent with her beloved family, especially the family gatherings, as well as with her friends. Her loving and caring nature, tender heart, and wonderful sense of humor will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff Partin. Treva is survived by her loving children, Ricky (Jennie) Lowery, Judy (Brian) Meadows, and Ronald Lowery Jr; siblings, Beverly (Kenneth Hodge) Cope, Tony (Stephanie) Reavis, Troy (Paulette) Reavis; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Tori, Vada, Dakota, Autumn, and Dennis; and four-legged best friend, Marley.
