Tracy Lynn Howell, 45, of Huntsville, passed away on Thursday February 14, 2013
She was born on May 6, 1967, in Birmingham, Al. She was married to the late William Howell and they lived together in Huntsville, Al.
Tracy is survived by her parents: Johnny and Linda Rackley; brother Timothy Rackley; and sister Theresa Hart. She is also survived by four children: Angela Shiflett.; Johnny, Christopher, and Paige Lowery; and two grandchildren: Serenity Iverson and Ellington Shiflett.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Spry Funeral Home.
