A Celebration of Life Service for Tracy Dale Barnett, 55 of Rienzi, MS, will be Sunday, February 11, 2024 at 2:00 P M at Greater Life Pentecostal Church with interment to follow in Rock Hill 1st Pentecostal Church Cemetery. Rev. Tommy Callahan, Rev. Bobby Maxey, Rev. Gaylon Young, Rev. Allen Isbell and Rev. Josh Melson and will officiate the service. Visitation will be Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 5:00 P M to 8:00 P M and Sunday, February 11, 2024 from 12:00 P M until service time at Greater Life Pentecostal Church. Mr. Barnett passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born February 19, 1968 in Corinth, MS to Donnie Barnett and Betty Cornelius. He retired as a disassembler at Caterpillar and was a member of Greater Life Pentecostal Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and driving the bus for bus ministries. He loved good food, going to church and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Tracy is survived by his wife of 33 years, Susan Nunley Barnett; his sons, Tristan O’Neal Nunley (Arionna Prather) and Logan Trent Barnett (Chloe); 4 grandchildren, Rilee Trace Barnett, Madelyn Hilton Barnett, Athena Rayne Nunley and Oliver Scott Barnett; his brother, Barry Barnett (Adriana); his sister, Jennifer Kennedy; his nieces, Maketa Kennedy and Megan Barnett; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Caleb Trace Barnett; his father, Donnie Barnett and his mother, Betty Cornelius. Pallbearers will be Greg Russell, Jason Brock, Jamie Jones, Mitchel Laster, Luke Jones and Luke Barnett. Honorary pallbearers will be Riley Barnett, Bob Russell and Mark Champion. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Tracy Dale Barnett.
