Tommy Wayne Ford, age 75, of Crossville, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Marshall Medical Center South.
There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Liberty Cemetery at Painter. Bro. Michael Ford , Yahchayah Hodge, and Steven Harvey will officiate. The pallbearers will be grandsons; Austin Harvey, Christopher Harvey, Charlie Ford, Devan Davis, Mason Ford, Jonah Ford, Kolton Bagwell, and Wes Lusk. The honorary pallbearers will be Yahchayah Hodge, Jared Force and great grandsons; Elijah and Isaiah Hodge and Owen Harvey. The family will receive friends 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 17, 2025 and also 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years; Myra Pruitt Ford, daughters; Tammy (Kyle) Mitchell and Christie (Steven) Harvey, sons: Greg (Alecia) Ford, Jamie (Tracie) Ford, and Kevin (Chastin ) Ford, and grandchildren; Autumn Partridge, Amber (Yahchayah) Hodge, Brooklyn Mitchell, Austin (Jordan) Harvey, Christopher (Maleah) Harvey, Hannah (Wes) Lusk, Summer Ford, Charlie Ford, Amber (Jared) Force, Devan (Aryn) Davis, Mason Ford, Jonah Ford, and Kolton Bagwell, 16 great-grandchildren, brother; Michael (Barbara) Ford, brother-in-law; Tony (Liz) Pruitt, sisters-in-law; Brenda Ford and Gail Haygood, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Autrey and Mattie Silas Ford, father and mother-in-law; James Henry and Wenona Spears Pruitt, brothers; Junior, Clyde, Billy, Lathan, Bobby, Mac, and J.W. Ford, and a sister; Sue Ford Sparks.
