Tommy Lee Baskins, 68, of Florence, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at ECM Hospital after a brief illness.
Tommy was a graduate of Waterloo High School and an employee of the Lauderdale County Road Dept.
He loved fishing and hunting and anything that involved his grandson, Mason.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Amos and Eunice Baskins, and his infant grandson, Dylan Lee.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sandra Allison Baskins, his daughter, Reena Collins (Johnny), and his best friend and grandson, Mason. His sisters; Earline Bretherick and Mary Myhan (Jimmy), jis brothers, Doug Baskins (Janice), Johnny Baskins (Judy), and Kenny Baskins (Sheri), and extended family including many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m on Sunday, Dec. 4th at Oak Grove Pentecostal Church. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Bro. Steven Bender will be officiating.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
