Tommy Joe Kennedy, 71 of Lester, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020 at his home. Mr. Kennedy was born April 27, 1948 in Auburndale, FL to Hugh W. Kennedy and Sula Richardson Kennedy.
A Memorial service for Mr. Kennedy will be held at a later date.
Mr. Kennedy was a veteran of the US Army.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Bailey Kennedy; daughter, Alicia Bates (Joe); sons, Wes Kennedy (Jennifer) and Kasley Kennedy (Haley Lewis); sisters, Patricia Hughes (Wayne), Becky Reid, June Fleeman and Vicki Smith; brothers, William Kennedy (Shirley), Jerry Kennedy (Rita) and John Kennedy; grandchildren, Ashton Kennedy, Emma Bates, Adam Kennedy and Jud Bates; several nieces, nephews and numerous other family and friends.
