Tommy Joe Horton, Sr., 63, died Friday, September 14, 2018. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee. The funeral will follow in the chapel with burial in Darby Cemetery, Cypress Inn, Tennessee. Mr. Horton was was the husband of Jeanne Stoddard Horton.
