Tommy Edgar Mahaffa, age 86 of Tullahoma, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at Tristar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. He was born in Coffee County on January 27, 1934 to the late Burley and Pearl (Byford) Mahaffa. Tommy owned and operated ABA Sales and Service for over forty years. He enjoyed motorcycles and going to car shows, where he would sometimes show a car or two of his own. His family will remember him for his kind and loving nature. In addition to his parents, Tommy was preceded in death by his siblings, Shirley Ann Stone, Elsie Elizabeth Clowers, and Coleman Mahaffa; father and mother-in-law, Calvin “Sarg” and Frances Brown; and brothers-in-law, Charles Brown and Gregory Brown. He is survived by his loving wife, Yvonne Mahaffa of Tullahoma; sister, Nora Daughtry of Dayton; and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be from 12-2 pm on Friday, February 7, 2020 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Pastor Josh Davis officiating.
