Tommie Lee “Billy” Powell, 77, died Sunday, October 13, at North Ms. Medical Center, Iuka, MS. Services will be Saturday, October 19, 12 p.m. at Carter’s Branch Missionary Baptist Church, Tishomingo, MS. Visitation will be Saturday, October 19, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Carter’s Branch Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Carter’s Branch Cemetery, Tishomingo, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
