TUSCUMBIA-Friday, July 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM on the Colbert County Courthouse lawn in Tuscumbia, Alabama. Hosted annually by the โ Colbert County Extension Office, the event gave away free fresh tomato sandwiches to the first 200 attendees while showcasing local agricultural programs.
There were lots of smiling faces and great tomato sandwiches.ย As usual the Quad Cities Daily was on hand to capture the event in photos…we also tasted the wears…those tomato sandwiches were to die for!
