Tim was born August 3, 1965, at Tippah County Hospital to the late James and Cloyce Marcell Luna Ray. He received his education from Walnut High School and was a truck driver with Buddy Ayers Construction and other companies as long as his health promoted. He was a loving husband to his late wife, Sharron Jones Ray, and a caring father to his children.
A Christan, Tim’s favorite pastimes included riding four wheelers and being outdoors. He spent most mornings on his porch listening to nature and sitting at his brother’s house watching deer and hummingbirds. His love for his family was deep and he always enjoyed time shared with them. His children meant everything and although we will miss him, we find comfort knowing he is rejoicing in Heavan with our Lord and Savior.
Those left to cherish memories include two daughters, Laura Magan and Destiny Ray, one son, John Ray (Cortney), two brothers, James Ray Jr (Angie) and Paul Ray (Margaret), two granddaughters, Sarah and Olivia Ray, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He is also preceded in death by one son, Derrick Ray.
