Timothy Ray Oliver, age 60, Phil Campbell, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at his residence.
He was retired from Winston Furniture.
A memorial service will be held at a later date by the family.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Donna Oliver; son, Timothy Ray Oliver, II (wife, Lori); grandchildren, Hannah Richard, Timothy Ray Oliver, II; great-grandchild, Cayden Eric Richard; mother, Avis Murray Emery; siblings, Lisa Baker (husband, Ronny), Lucretia Pope; and 5 nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, J.W. Oliver.
