Funeral service for Timothy Paul “Tim“ Hutcherson, age 62, of Decatur, will be Wednesday, October 11, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home with family and friends to officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Graveside service will be Friday, October 13, 2017, 10:00 a.m. at Liberty Cemetery in Royston, GA.
Tim, who died Friday, October 6, 2017, at his residence, was born February 20, 1955, in Athens, GA, to George Stewart Hutcherson and Mildred Victoria Phillips Hutcherson. He was preceded in death by his father, George Hutcherson, and two brothers, David Stewart Hutcherson and John Adrian Hutcherson.
He is survived by his mother, Mildred Hutcherson of Decatur; one brother, Gregory Hutcherson of Decatur; and two nephews, Zachary Hutcherson and Russell Hutcherson, both of Tulsa, OK.
