Timothy Owen Bloodworth, 66, of Athens, AL, passed away on Friday, September 26th, 2025, at his residence. Mr. Bloodworth was born on October 6th, 1958, in Flint, MI, to Owen and Dorothy (Edwards) Bloodworth.
Mr. Bloodworth is survived by his wife, April Bloodworth; daughter, Bethany Montney (Terry); sons, Timothy Bloodworth II (Jerry), Miles A. Abbott (Holly), and Andrew Abbott (MerryAshley); daughter, Lindsay Abbott (Josh); brothers-in-law, Junior Adams and Don Haggadone; brother, David Farrar; grandchildren, Kirsten, Logan, Gavin, Preston, Aubree, Addie, Zay, and Kylan; and nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Owen and Dorothy Bloodworth; sister, Sherry Adams; brothers, Phil Farrar and Ward Farrar.
His passion in life was music (can be found on his Facebook page, Tim Bloodworth Music) and friends and family. He also enjoyed the simple pleasures in life such as NASCAR, football (Roll Tide), grilling, riding his Harley, and making Alabama memories!
