Timothy Allen Mallard, age 60 of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at St. Thomas Rutherford Medical Center in Murfreesboro. He was born in Bedford County on October 20, 1961, to the late Leonard Allen and Patricia Dawn (Clay) Mallard. He was currently employed on the production line in the automotive industry. An avid sportsman, Timothy enjoyed throwing darts as well as watching the University of Tennessee Volunteers, wrestling (cheering for Stone Cold Steve Austin) and NASCAR (cheering for for Jeff Gordon and Dale Earnhardt Jr. He also enjoyed going to Panama City Beach, Florida. Timothy attended Phillipi High Methodist Church in Shelbyville. He is survived by his loving wife of eighteen years, Janice Mallard; son, Kevin (Amy) Mallard of Estill Springs; grandson, Gahven Mallard of Estill Springs; brother, Bart (Dorie) Mallard of Knoxville; nephew, Tanner (Courtney) Mallard; stepchildren, Kristy Bland of Winchester, and Joey Bland of Winchester; and six step-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-7 pm on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel.
