COLBERT COUNTY-The Timmy Horton High School Bass Anglers Challenge was held at Rose Trail Park in Colbert County. Â A great time was had by all and some awesome fishing took place with some really great fish brought in by the young anglers.
Muscle Shoals High School won the team division of the Timmy Horton High School Bass Anglers Challenge on Pickwick Lake Saturday with a combined weight of 74.80 pounds. Belgreen High School finished second with 63.18 pounds and Alexandria High School was third with 55.22 pounds.
Chase Murphy of Muscle Shoals High School won the senior division of the Timmy Horton High School Bass Anglers Challenge on Pickwick Lake Saturday with a five-bass limit of 20.25 pounds. Â Chance Landers, of Belgreen High School, was second with 18.25 pounds. His brother, Chase Landers was third with 17.38 pounds.
Brayden Montgomery, of Central High School in Florence, won the junior division of the Timmy Horton High School Bass Anglers Challenge on Pickwick Lake Saturday with a five-fish limit that weighed 17.94 pounds. Dru Davis Alexandria High School finished second with 16.99 pounds. Evan Isbell of Muscle Shoals was third with 15.80 pounds.
