He was preceded in death by his parents, Thurman W. French and Irene Lowery French, and his son, Daniel L. French.
He is survived by his ex-wife, Judy French, daughters, Dianna F. Thomas, Dawn French, Hope Ware, and Alecia M. Ware, sister, Doris Gober, nephew, Todd Gober, brother, Joe D. French, sister-in-law, Lonna C. French, granddaughters, Mandi French, Madison Foreman, Willow Ware and great-granddaughter, Willow Bowman.
