Mr. Thurman Mack Allison, age 85, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022.
Mr. Allison was born to Alvie Leonard Allison, and Mary Ellen Brooks Allison on May 21, 1937. He was married to Mary J. Thomas Allison who passed in 1995. Thurman loved dances, and karaoke. He enjoyed fishing, frog gigging, and Alabama football. He was honorably discharged from the Navy, and a member of Americans Legion Post 176 in Huntsville.
Cherishing memories of Thurman is his daughter Mary Ellen Motes, 2 grandchildren Jackie Wake, and Jesse McGill, and 2 great grandchildren Ethan Cole McGill and Jacob Ray McGill, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mr. Allison is at last reunited with his wife, Mary J. Thomas Allison, brothers Charles Allison, Walter Allison, and J.D. Allison, and sister Margie Shannefelt.
A grave side service will be held at Union Grove Cemetery, Lacey’s Spring on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
