Three Arrested For Theft 1st And Fraudulent Use Of A Credit Card

FLORENCE-On September 5^th, 2023, a local business reported that their business credit card had been taken and used to purchase over $50,000 in merchandise at local businesses.

Detectives were able to identify multiple suspects.  Amber McCrary, Nicholas Lenz, Kathryn Crawford, and Kayla Davenport have been arrested in the case.

All subjects have been charged with Theft 1^st Degree, and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.

Other parties involved in this case were previously arrested due to charges related to it.

Amber McCrary, Nicholas Lenz, Kathryn Crawford, and Kayla Davenport are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
