Thomas Warren Hunter, Sr., age 79, of Adairville, KY, passed away Friday, December 24, 2021 at his home. Military graveside services will be conducted Thursday, December 30, 2021 in the Greenwood Cemetery in Adairville with Pastor Mike Stacey officiating. Pallbearers will be Justin, Gibson, Charles Cornelius, Alex Hardin, Max Rigsby, Aaron Edmonds and Derrick Scott. Honorary pallbearers will be Jamie Herndon and Eli Edmonds.
Visitation will be held at Austin & Bell Funeral Home, Springfield, TN on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 4-7pm.
Mr. Hunter was born October 29, 1942 in Cedar Hill, TN to the late Harvey H. and Mary Jane Moon Hunter. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Ethan Hunter; and 2 brothers, Bobby and Jimmy Hunter.
Mr. Hunter is survived by his wife of 56 years, Laura Mae Hite Hunter; daughters, Jana Hardin and April (Max) Rigsby; son, Thomas “J.R.” Hunter Jr.; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
