Thomas “Tommy” Lynn Streit, 61, of Florence, AL passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2016. Visitation will be Thursday, September 01, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. -1:00 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow at 1:00 p.m. in chapel. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. He belonged to the Local Union 760 Plumbers and Pipefitters and a Loyal Order of Moose, Florence, AL.
Survivors are parents, Leonard and Cecile Streit of Ford City; son, Brandon Streit of Florence, AL; daughter, Selena Streit Denton (Ben) of Huntsville, AL; grandson, Mitchell Denton; mother of his children, Cathy Kerby of Florence, AL; brother, Jackie Streit of Ford City; niece, Jerica Streit of Hamilton, AL and her mother, Melissa.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Craft, Wayne Evans, Jimmy Evans, Gary Ledlow, Devin Patterson, and Barry Osborn. Honorary pallbearers will be Local Union 760 Plumbers and Pipefitters.
