Mr. Thomas McClendon of Sarasota Fl formerly of Albertville, passed Friday, August 30, 2019, at Doctors Hospital in Sarasota Fl. A funeral service will be held Saturday, September 7, 2019, at 2:00 pm the family will receive friends from 1:00 pm till time of the service, burial will follow at Asbury Cemetery. He is survived by a son; Geoff McClendon, grandchildren; Beau McClendon, Hampton McClendon, Wade McClendon, Clint McClendon, great-grandchildren; Bryant, Brianna, Lainey, Leah, Luke, Seth, Hosanna, Mac, Wiley, Clary, Ruby. He was preceded in death by parents; Gene & Kernie McClendon, wife; Leota McClendon.
