Thomas Larry German, age 54 of Carbon Hill, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at UAB Hospital.
The family will receive friends on Monday, December 5, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Monday, December 5, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at New Flatwoods Cemetery. Greg Webb will officiate.
Mr. German was preceded in death by his Father-Thomas Alton German; Mother-Avelene German; Sister-Linda Tubbs.
He is survived by his Daughter-Trisha German Sims (Joey) of Nauvoo; Son-Brandon German of Nauvoo; Sister-Jan Cummingham of Carbon Hill; Brother-Steve German of Carbon Hill; Grandkids-Ryder German and Brooklin German of Nauvoo; Special Friends-Mark and Deborah Hoobler.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made towards the funeral expenses
