Thomas Jefferson Phillips, age 89, of Nauvoo, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Ashbank Cemetery. Jeff Rutledge will officiate.
Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his Wife-Nadine Phillips; Daughter-Tammy Phillips; Mother-Edra Mae Phillips; Father-Robert E. Phillips; Brothers-Frank Phillips, Bobby Phillips, Herbert Phillips and Butch Phillips; Sisters-Jackie Norman, Eda Lou Pittman and Pat Stanley.
He is survived by his Daughters-Shelia Jackson (Joe Mac) and Cecilia Mote (Steve) both of Nauvoo; Sons-Johnny Cagle and Jeff Phillips (Sue) both of Nauvoo; Sisters-Frances Thomas and Elisabeth Brown; Brothers-Steve Phillips, Jerry Don Phillips and Perry Loyd Phillips; 10 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Johnathon Cagle, Kevin Emberg, David Williams, Marty Jackson, Sam Horton and Paul Henderson.
