Thomas Jack Rutledge

We would like to invite family and friends March 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM to Anniston Memorial for graveside services. Mr. Rutledge was a resident of Jacksonville, AL. He left us on March 7th from Riverview Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Rutledge; daughter, Crystal Rutledge; son, Mark Smith; grandchildren, Timber Parris, Harbor Parris, Memphis Parris, Libby Paterson, Grant Paterson, Caleb Duke and Deidric Rutledge; and sisters, Carol Sexton Cathy Carroll and Donna Albrecht. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Mannah Rutledge.
We would like to thank staff and Dr.’s for their kindness and compassion at Riverview Hospital and Gentiva from hospice. He loved his family and friends and his love of his horses. He has gone on to a better place and always remember we will see him again one day.
When he gets where he’s going on the far side of the sky. He’s going to spread his wings and fly. Don’t cry for me down here.
