Thomas “Fred” Hough, 83, of Madison, Alabama, passed away on March 17th, 2024. He was born on March 22nd, 1940, in Decatur, Alabama, to Lyle and Christalee Hough.
Mr. Hough is survived by his wife Peggy Rodman Hough; daughter Leanne Hough Jones; son James Lyle Hough (Bridgette); grandchildren Cody Dylan Jones, Blair Hough Calvert (Blake), and David James Hough (Anna); and sister Glenda Easter (Glendon).
Mr. Hough is preceded in death by his parents Lyle and Christalee Hough.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024, from 10:00 to 11:00am at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 11:30am at Roselawn Cemetery in Athens, Alabama. Pallbearers are Randy Easter, David Hough, Blake Calvert, Cody Jones, Donald Vassar, and Brad Berzett.
Mr. Hough worked for CDS – John Blue Company for 55 years. He enjoyed flea markets, junking, and car shopping.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mr. Hough’s memory to Children’s Hospital or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
