Thomas ‘’Brock” Cantrell, 80, of Courtland, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017. Visitation will be Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 10-11 a.m. at Courtland Methodist Church with a Memorial Service to follow at 11 a.m. Reverend Keith Murner will be officiating.
Mr. Cantrell was a member of the United Methodist Church of Courtland. He retired as an FAA Facility Chief at Muscle Shoals Airport, after 30+ years. Brock was a Veteran of the United States Navy.
He was preceded in death by his father, Max Cantrell; mother, Mary Cantrell; sister, Marilyn Satterfield; brother, Lynn Cantrell; and grandson, John Arlon Willingham.
He is survived by his wife, Tommie Faye Jackson Cantrell; daughters, Celia Cantrell Gaudin (Jack) and Jana Cantrell Willingham (Randy); sons, Michael Keith Cantrell (Lisa) and Paul Bryant Cantrell (Marlove); brother, Wayne Cantrell; sisters, MaryAnn McDonald and Brenda McClenden (Billy); grandchildren, Ashley Rose Gonzales (Lonnie), Jeffrey Brock Rose, Katherine Leah Rose, Evan Michael Cantrell, Jared Randall Willingham, Spencer Collin Cantrell, Erin Kate Willingham, and Rebecca Paige Gaudin; great-grandchildren, Addison Faye Gonzales, Brock Jackson Gonzales, Corgan Cantrell, Ayden Parker Rose, Asher James Rose, and Colin Alexander Rose.
