Thomas Arthur Jones, 72, of Florence, passed away on December 27, 2016 at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital. He retired from Southeastern Tool & Die.
The family will hold a private service at a later date.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Jones Jr. and Anne Schaedler Jones.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Carol Jones of Florence; daughters, Kelly (Timothy) King of Florence, Alabama, Laura (William) Jones-May of Greenville, South Carolina and Jennifer (Ken) Yonak of Arlington, Tennessee; grandchildren, Amanda and Hance Howard of Florence, Alabama, Kimberly Johnson of Bad Axe, Michigan, Ben and Mandy May of Smithfield, Virginia, Brian and Caitlin Hampton of Fountaininn, South Carolina, Glenn and Ashley May of Columbia, South Carolina, Rebecca Hampton of Greenville, South Carolina, Alex and Ashley Hampton of Pelzer, South Carolina and Thomas and Geri Bond of Florence, Alabama, Tammy Tidwell of Sycamore, Georgia, Erin Yonak and Garrett Yonak both of Arlington, Tennessee; 19 great-grandchildren and 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
He loved his family and education.
