Funeral services for Mr. Thomas A. Eason, age 82, are scheduled for 3 pm, Sunday, June 22, 2014 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill with Ray Penna officiating. Interment will follow in Pafford Scotts Hill Cemetery. Mr. Eason passed away late Thursday in Decatur County. He was born March 1, 1932 in Decatur County to the late Charles Walter and Paris Jones Eason. He was a U. S. Air Force Veteran, a retired School Teacher, Minister, and a member of Central Church of Christ in Decaturville. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Peggy Yarbro Eason; two sons, Mike Eason and Shawn Eason; one daughter, Teresa Creason; three brothers, James “Leon” Eason, Charles Eason, “Jr.”, and Kenneth Eason; one sister, Brenda Hodge; five grandchildren, Jeremy Creason, Brandi Aston, Reilly Eason, Tia Beth Camper, and Crystal Livingston; and six great grandchildren.
