Third Suspect Arrested In Robbery Of Athens Jack’s Restaurant

ATHENS-The Athens Police Department issued a statement concerning the arrest of a third suspect in a robbery that took place on May 16, 2022:

“On Monday, May 16, 2022, at 10:07 pm, the Jack’s located at 15412 Greenfield Drive was robbed. 

Investigation has concluded that Kevaun Roosevelt Turner (30) of Athens was responsible for arranging this crime. 

Two juveniles have already been arrested for Robbery in the Second Degree. 

Turner was arrested on June 5, 2022, at 0150 MT, for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery Second Degree for his part in orchestrating this incident.”
