A Celebration of Life for Mr. Theodore James “Dino” Belvin, 55 of Toney, Alabama will be 2:00 PM Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Belvin will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral service.
