Thelma Smith Godwin, age 80 of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018. She was born July 10, 1938 in Pennsylvania to Clifford and Agnes Thorne Smith. She was a strong woman, loving and known as a prankster.
Mrs. Godwin is survived by her four sons: Rusty (wife Noel) Godwin, John Godwin, David (wife Amber) Godwin and Jay Godwin; grandchildren: Daniel, Kati, Jake, Kristi and Julian; and great granddaughter E. M. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Marie Godwin.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later time.
