Thelma Jane Krueger, age 93, of Decatur, Alabama passed away on Friday June 29, 2018. Thelma was born October 21, 1924 in Parsons, Kansas. She was employed by the Morgan County Probate Judges office from 1972 until 1985. Mrs. Krueger was a member of Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church, Elks Lodge, Meals on Wheels Volunteer and Sr. Citizens Bridge Club. Mrs. Krueger is preceded in death by her husband Robert S. Krueger, daughter Teresa E. Kidd, and her parents James and Hazel Corf Mangan. Mrs. Krueger is survived by her 4 children: Ruth Ann Hall, (Tuscaloosa), Steve Krueger (Alisa),Madison, AL; Mike Krueger (Melissa),(Tuscaloosa) and Louis Kidd (Jan)(Cherryvale,Ks.) her sister Doris Pugh (Carthage, Mo). Her 7 grandchildren: Melissa Franklin (Ross), (Birmingham); Ann Kaye (Zachary), Philadelphia, PA; Kevin Kidd (Lynne), (Augusta,ME); Foster Krueger, (Pensacola FL) Kaitlin Krueger, Jay Hall and Michael Krueger, (Tuscaloosa); 7 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home. Celebration of Life Service will be Monday at 10:00 am at Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church. She will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jay Hall, Foster Krueger, Michael Krueger, Zachary Kaye, and Ross Franklin.
