MUSCE SHOALS-The 19th Annual Swampers 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk is on April 29th in Muscle Shoals starting at 8:00 AM at the Muscle Shoals Middle School Gym.
The race has been chosen as the RRCA(Road Runners Club of America) Southern Region 5K Championship. All 5K finishers and kids 12 and under in the 1 Mile receive a finishers medal.
We had over 600 runners last year, and hoping for over 700 runners this year. Register before April 9 5K $15 or both $25, register before April 26 5K $25 or both $35. Day of race cost 5K $35 or both $45.
